Unity Construction is committed to achieve the highest practical standards of safety and environmental protection in all spheres of its operations. This concept is at the heart of the companies policy. The company ensures that all staff throughout the organization is well aware of safety procedure and its implementation. Unity Construction management actively encouraged the implementation and continuing review of Health, Safety and Environmental Standards. Whilst safety on site is the prime consideration, We believe that successful safety procedures must embrace all of companies activities including its office, material and plant procurement operations. And also beliefs that good Health, Safety and Environmental protection can improve construction in terms of both efficiency and value. Unity Construction recognise the varying legislative requirements and will adopt these as the minimum required standard and the vital importance of discharging all its statutory obligations and placing Health & Safety matters as an over-riding priority. Unity Construction adopts and promotes the “ZERO ACCIDENT PHILOSOPHY”. Our fundamental objective is to complete the Project with “ZERO ACCIDENT” through effective application of the procedure set forth in integrating safety into the planning and execution of work, training and education of employees.

HSE ACHIEVEMENTS

“Unity Construction” has achieved without LTA (lost time accident) which is a “prime attainment” for any construction company working on a fast-track project and this would never ensue without your esteemed support and efforts to encourage an excellent safety culture in the company / project, which is highly appreciated.

At this juncture, I would as well express our gratitude to All Project Managers/ Construction Managers / Project Engineers /Site Engineers/ General Foremen/ Foremen and all supporting staff on site & office, on this occasion for achieving (lost time accident)

We again expect comparable support and co-operation to achieve further “MILLIONS” of man-hours without any accident/incident on Further ongoing project until completion.

Quality Policy

It is the policy of the company to ensure that all projects are executed in accordance with agreed contract specifications and drawings and within the agreed time frame so as to meet our clients requirements and provide good understanding to execute and complete the project with Quality Assurance. The Quality system adopted by the company is to fulfil the objective, will meet all the applicable requirements of Quality Systems Model for Quality Management in Construction, Installation and Servicing.

This Quality Policy will be displayed at all sites and it is the responsibility of the employees to familiarise themselves with the quality policy and the applicable company systems relevant to their area of work.

We are committed to comply with any regulation or law applied in the related to our field. The company management is committed to continually improve its quality management systems, through necessary training, and regular setting implementing, monitoring and reviewing of measurable quality objectives.
